Logistics: We are renting a 265 sq. ft. cabana (bigger than a sail boat)
next to a small huerta (female garden/farm) all situated on several acres
bordering the Rio Trancura, the main highway into Pucon and the wash-board dirt
and gravel road that leads to our parcela (2 miles away).
Veronica's property & the cabana - to the right is the Rio Trancura -
straight ahead is the main highway to Pucon and to the left is the road to the
Parcela.
Exiting Veronica's property on the left - Taking the wash-board dirt/gravel
road toward the top of the picture is the main Hwy. - taking the road in the
other direction leads to our parcela.

Landprices are high, a min.5000m/2 parcel at a Strata, gated community, 53`500.- USD
People buying from all over the World.
A parcela of a hectare,20-30`000.- USD
Is this a real price for Land in your area?
Would like to buy some Hectares and build a little farm and live there, are 65 and 67 years old and we have a Pension, which is not bad and cash to buy something, but as peoples from Europe, it is not easy to find a good place ,for a normal price.
Would like to ask your opinion about this.¨
